       World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Project Signed and Certified, Ushering in a New Global Era of Intangible Cultural Heritage Wellness
       近日，联合国第 70 届世界妇女大会暨联合国经社理事会咨商特别会议在国际社会高度关注下隆重召开。来自全球的女性领袖、国际组织代表、文化与健康领域专家齐聚一堂，共话女性发展、健康赋能与文化传承。
     Recently, the 70th United Nations World Women’s Conference and the Special Consultative Status Session of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) were held with great international attention. Women leaders, representatives of international organizations, and experts in culture and health from around the world gathered to discuss women’s development, health empowerment, and cultural heritage.
       会议期间，由世界非遗发展与保护基金会副主席、云南省古树茶研究院院长包崇蕾牵头推动的世界非遗茶疗项目凭借卓越的文化价值、健康理念与国际推广成果，荣获联合国特别咨商授权，标志着中国传统茶疗文化正式获得联合国相关国际平台的高度认可，成功迈入世界非遗健康体系。
        During the session, the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Project, spearheaded by Bao Chonglei, Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Development and Protection Foundation and President of the Yunnan Ancient Tea Tree Research Institute, was granted Special Consultative Status authorization by the United Nations. This recognition was awarded based on the project’s outstanding cultural value, health philosophy, and international promotion achievements, marking the official high-level recognition of traditional Chinese tea therapy culture by relevant UN international platforms and its successful integration into the global intangible cultural heritage health system.
       为进一步推动世界非遗茶疗项目全球化、标准化、体系化发展，大会同期举行隆重的签约授牌仪式。
       To further promote the global, standardized, and systematic development of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Project, a grand signing and certification ceremony was held concurrently during the conference.
       世界非遗发展与保护基金会主席、联合国经社理事会特别咨商地位代表张勋华亲自为包崇蕾副主席授牌并完成签约。
     Zhang Xunhua, President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Development and Protection Foundation and Representative for Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, personally presented the certification to Vice President Bao Chonglei and completed the signing.
       正式确立双方在非遗茶疗传承、国际交流、健康产业落地、女性康养服务等领域的深度战略合作。
       This formally established an in-depth strategic cooperation between the two parties in areas such as the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage tea therapy, international exchange, implementation of the health industry, and women’s wellness services.
       同时，世界非遗茶疗获联合国经社理事会组织批准成立并签约，云南普洱世界非遗茶疗基地落成！
       Simultaneously, the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy project was approved for establishment and signed under the United Nations Economic and Social Council, marking the inauguration of the Pu'er, Yunnan World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Base!
       张勋华主席在致辞中表示：“非遗是人类文明的根脉，茶疗是中华优秀传统文化中极具价值的健康智慧。今天，世界非遗茶疗项目获奖并启动全球合作，不仅是对包崇蕾副主席长期努力的肯定，更是对中国非遗走向世界的有力支持。未来，基金会将继续发挥联合国经社理事会特别咨商地位的优势，与包崇蕾院长携手，推动茶疗文化标准化、国际化，让传统智慧服务全球女性健康，为构建人类卫生健康共同体贡献力量。”
       In his address, President Zhang Xunhua stated: "Intangible cultural heritage is the root of human civilization, and tea therapy is a highly valuable health wisdom within China’s excellent traditional culture. Today, the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Project receiving this award and launching global cooperation is not only an affirmation of Vice President Bao Chonglei’s long-term efforts but also strong support for Chinese intangible cultural heritage going global. In the future, the Foundation will continue to leverage its advantages as an ECOSOC special consultative status organization, working with President Bao Chonglei to promote the standardization and internationalization of tea therapy culture, allowing this traditional wisdom to serve global women’s health and contribute to building a global community of health for all."
       包崇蕾副主席在现场表示，世界非遗茶疗项目的获奖与签约，是中国传统康养文化走向世界的重要里程碑。未来，她将继续以非遗传承为使命，以女性健康与全民康养为方向，携手世界非遗发展与保护基金会，让中国茶疗智慧服务全球、惠及世界，为联合国可持续发展目标与全球女性健康事业贡献力量。
       Vice President Bao Chonglei stated at the event that the recognition and signing of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Project represent a significant milestone for traditional Chinese wellness culture in its journey to the world. Moving forward, she will continue to take the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage as her mission, focusing on women’s health and universal wellness. Together with the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Development and Protection Foundation, she aims to enable Chinese tea therapy wisdom to serve and benefit the world, contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the cause of global women’s health.

       中国云南省普洱市世界非遗茶疗基地创始主任。
       Founding Director of the Pu'er, Yunnan World Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Therapy Base.
       世界非遗基金组织亚太委员会副主席。
       Vice President of the Asia-Pacific Committee of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Fund Organization.
       两项任命覆盖茶疗产业发展、健康管理与女性福祉等领域，进一步强化了其在全球非遗茶疗体系中的核心角色。
       These two appointments cover fields such as the development of the tea therapy industry, health management, and women’s well-being, further solidifying her central role in the global intangible cultural heritage tea therapy system.
       此次活动不仅彰显了中国非遗文化的国际地位，更搭建起东西方文化交流的重要桥梁，为世界非遗保护与健康事业融合发展写下崭新篇章。
     This event not only highlighted the international standing of Chinese intangible cultural heritage but also built an important bridge for cultural exchange between the East and West, writing a new chapter in the integrated development of global intangible cultural heritage preservation and the health cause.
